Despite the Pandemic, now entering its 2nd year, we have worked tirelessly to keep our service promise to you. That is, to provide you with the products and services you need at competitive prices in a timely manner. This endeavor has proven to be a formidable challenge for all of us, but we can say with pride that, despite a few bumps in the road, we have succeeded in meeting that challenge.
After one year of living through the COVID “experience” we now see the end of the tunnel with the anticipation that, with enough people receiving effective vaccines this year, COVID-19 will soon one day be a manageable inconvenience. As we are now looking forward to the return of normalcy in our private and business life, we see continued supply chain disruptions and product shortages that have the potential to lead to substantial price increases.
In the past few weeks, we have received notice from several of our suppliers of the necessity to increase their product prices in the coming weeks and months.
We want to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to minimize the impact of supply shortages or price increases and we will keep you appraised of any information in that regard as it comes to light. We will continue to work with you through this disruption and we are committed to finding solutions that help you minimize any negative impact to your business.
