We seek a candidate to join our dynamic and professional Team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who will work Monday to Friday at our Kingston Branch. As an integral part of ourorganization, you will be our champion of positive impressions to our customersand suppliers. This role requires a positive individual who is organized with exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills. This mandate will focuson:

Responsibilities

Maintaining a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette;

Serving as a central point of contact for internal and external communication;

Answering incoming calls and routing them to the right associate or taking messages;

Greeting clients and vendors and efficiently referring them to the appropriate staff member;

Utilizing strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients;

Supporting various departments with administrative tasks such as invoicing, payables,receivables, etc.;

Assisting with marketing communication and social media campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

Levac Supply Ltd. and our valued clients require a Receptionist / Administrative professional who is a team player with:

·        A minimum of 2 years of Receptionist /Administrative Assistant experience;

·        Post-secondary education in office administration or business would be an asset;

·        Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

·        Established interpersonal communication skills (telephone, email, face-to-face and listening) to impact relationships with customers and workplace colleagues;

·        Adaptable and responsive in a fast-paced and upbeat work environment;

·        A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
